Executive Director Search

Reconciling Ministries Network

Reconciling Ministries Network (RMN) has launched a national search for our next Executive Director.

After years of faithful leadership, Jan Lawrence will be retiring April 30. We are deeply grateful for her service and are now seeking an experienced, mission-driven leader to guide RMN into its next chapter.

About RMN

RMN is committed to intersectional justice across and beyond the United Methodist connection, working for the full participation of all LGBTQ+ people in the life and leadership of the Church. Through organizing, education, advocacy, and relationship-building, RMN supports Reconciling Congregations, clergy, and lay leaders across the country.

The Opportunity

The Executive Director will be a person of faith responsible for advancing RMN’s vision and mission. This leader will:

  • Supervise and support staff
  • Strengthen and expand program offerings
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships
  • Lead financial sustainability and organizational growth
  • Serve as a public representative of RMN nationally

This is a rare opportunity to guide an organization with significant national impact, strong grassroots support, and deep relationships throughout the United Methodist connection and beyond.
