At Monson commUNITY United Methodist Church, we follow the way of the extravagantly loving Jesus, who cherished the diversity of all God’s children. With open doors and open hearts, we strive to make Jesus’ love a reality by reaching out and becoming a welcoming body of Christ.
Believing that all people are God’s children and are created equally with a love that knows no boundaries, we seek to love and to reconcile back into Christ’s body those who feel unwelcome in other church communities. Therefore, we welcome and affirm people of all gender identities, sexual orientations, immigration status, races, ethnicities, faith backgrounds, and those who are challenged physically and/or mentally.
All people are created in the image and likeness of God, and deserve the dignity that is theirs.
