God of our statue-still moments and God of our joyous dancing,
You hold us near when we encounter pain and find ourselves paralyzed
And you spin us around with delight by partnering us on our journey

As we come to this place, O God, may we find greater meaning, and authenticity
May we see you extending your hand asking us to sit near or to wildly dance
May the anxious places in our lives be quieted
So that we can make room for your presence to mold and shape
Our fears into hopes
Our doubts into dreams
Our mourning into dancing

Find us new places we have never known and touch us anew
So we may go touch the world in places otherwise unseen
May we live out your desire for this world
