Forum is an open and inviting community of individuals who strive to live out Christ’s teaching and our Wesleyan heritage while discussing contemporary and theological issues. We embrace the diversity of perspectives and backgrounds of individuals within our group. We welcome and affirm people of every sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity, cultural background, physical or mental ability, economic status, age, and theological orientation. Everyone is a child of God and has a seat at the Forum table. We strive to encircle and include all with love, kindness, empathy and extend grace to all of our siblings in Christ. Forum is a Reconciling Community within the national Reconciling Ministry Network whose mission is the inclusion of individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities within the United Methodist Church. John 13:34 “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.”
